What do you think of my diet?

i eat healthy stuff….like more fruit and veggies.

What I DONT eat

soda

ice cream

cookies…..sometimes. but i dont over do it

diet soda except on special ocasions

sugary drinks like juice or lemonade except health food drinks

candy

What i DO Eat

pretzels

lots of bannanas

stir fry chicken broccoli peppers and noodes(home made)

spaghetti

healthy burritos

roast beef sandwitches

granola

fruits

and other stuff i forgot to list

p.s. sometimes i eat lean pockets

i wanted to lose weight so i went on this diet and ive started playing kickball everyday for the last 2 weeks with friends and when i dont play kickball i skateboard and play wallball and dodgeball and soccer and basketball.

how much weight do you think i lost?

p.p.s i only drink water except on special ocasions diet soda and a little juice
