cookies…..sometimes. but i dont over do it

sugary drinks like juice or lemonade except health food drinks

Need Help on diet???????????????????
10 points for someone who can make me a 6,000 calorie diet consisting of 6,000 calories, less than 50 g sugar, less than 65 grams fat, and about 500 protein g. Need a bodybuilding diet for off season. Try to make it some what of those guidelines don't have to be exact. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Can Anyone Give Me A Diet Plan?
I want to go on a diet, it's time for me to get in shape.
I'm 16 though, so the diet can't be too extreme. Can anyone link me to a proper food plan diet?
Or just give me a basic one for what I am supposed to eat for the day?
