            &lt;div class=&quot;content&quot;&gt;the diet will be useless unless you exersize to. but this diet is acceptable but it sounds like a diet that is for constiapated people but also needs to be added with exersize or else like i said. i mean its exaclty like a constipation 7day plan but Needs to be added with exrersize as well. if your not haveing constipation, then the 1st day mite give u diarheeah but if you dont exersize and dont have constipation then it mite not.. proteins(meat, dairy, beans, nuts, soy..)and carbs(grains, fruits, veggies..) everyday would prolly be healthyier nd give more energy,  but otherwise this is an acceptable plan to follow. :D if u have constipation then do this, but u gota exresize or else it wont do anything. if you exresize and dont have constipation then instead of just doing fruits the 1st 4 days, just make it have protein in is as well..&lt;br&gt;
