Is flavored carbonated water better than diet soda?

I've been drinking a lot of diet pepsi or coke lately. I recently started drinking carbonated, flavored, calorie/caffeine/sodium free 'water'. I know that regular water is best, but I love the bubbles of carbonated drinks. Is the carbonated flavored water any better for people than diet colas?

Questions about BARF diet.?

Questions about BARF diet.?

I have 2 beagles, a 1 yr old, and a 4 month old pup. I am currently feeding them Blue Buffalo Wilderness. I am interested in feeding them the BARF diet. I was wondering if someone could give me a general overview on it. Some sites say add veggies and/or dairy. Some say only meat, eggs, and offal. What are your suggestions? On a diet and my urine colour is clear?? 10 points?

Im on a diet, so i dance and run.
eat proportional.
drink water and green tea through out the day,so i stay hydrated

though recently my urine colour has been clear…??

any suggestions on why this is??

I have lost weight…which is a good thing..but i am sort of worried!

I work out hard but bad diet. Will I see results?

I work out hard but bad diet. Will I see results?

I'm a 28-yr-old male about 15 lbs over my ideal weight. I go to the gym everyday, run 3 miles a day and strength training twice a week.
